The C10LC is used to examine a man's prostate using sound waves and helps diagnose symptoms such as difficulty urinating or elevated blood test results. It is also used to examine nodules found during a rectal exam, detect abnormalities, and determine whether the glands are enlarged. Ultrasound is safe, non-invasive and does not use ionizing radiation.
